Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Public Relations Lead to join our Communications team. This senior role focuses on corporate and product communications, turning complex narratives into media-ready stories and shaping our AI and agent storytelling for the enterprise.

You’ll partner with the Head of Communications and C-suite to craft messaging, manage US and European agencies, and drive executive thought leadership while building Klaviyo’s position in the AI space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or related field.
• Experience in-house and/or at an agency.
• Experience supporting technology, SaaS, B2B, or other high-growth companies.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex product/data into media-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own PR across corporate and product communications.
• Drive media engagement across business, tech, trade and broadcast.
• Develop executive thought leadership programs and secure speaking opportunities.
• Own and evolve Klaviyo's agent story in AI space.
• Lead data-driven narrative development with cross-functional teams.
• Manage PR agencies in US and Europe.
• Support and train spokespeople for interviews and appearances.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent, media-ready messaging.
• Work with content team on reactive blog posts.
• Use AI tools to automate and speed up workflows.
