Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or digital marketing platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow brand standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing-focused communications, including industry award submissions and marketing collateral.
• Create, edit, proofread, and distribute content for websites, blogs, social media, and digital channels.
• Contribute to editorial planning, campaigns, and social media scheduling.
• Use CTAs and tracking tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Generate and analyze campaign performance reports and share insights.
• Ensure alignment with brand standards across channels and materials.
• Utilize Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, Monday.com, and digital marketing platforms.
