Job summary

M/I Homes is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support leadership in creating and distributing personalized and community-specific marketing materials. The role includes managing MLS and website content, coordinating with corporate marketing, and assisting with community events and campaigns.

The position requires a 4-year degree in Marketing or related field and 2–4 years of experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Local Indianapolis office with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Marketing or related field with 2-4 years’ experience.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and processes work requests from New Home Consultants.
• Produces job requests and coordinates with corporate marketing on materials development.
• Supports inventory home marketing by updating websites, labeling photos, uploading floorplans, and reviewing pricing for accuracy.
• Maintains MLS content and updates inventory home data with accounting.
• Organizes changes to home listings status and coordinates photoshoots/virtual tours with partners.
• Assists Sales Team in identifying marketing needs and developing plans to drive traffic to communities.
• Assists with ordering of closing gifts and planning monthly email marketing for communities.
