Job summary

Current Branding in Indianapolis is seeking a Brand Marketing Assistant to gain hands-on experience by working directly with customers on live campaigns. You’ll represent client brands, introduce new promotions, and help create memorable brand experiences in a fast-paced team environment.

We offer full-time, on-site hours with comprehensive training from day one, plus one-to-one coaching and regular feedback to help you grow in marketing and customer engagement roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, promotions, or marketing is helpful but transferable skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Representing client brands through direct, face-to-face engagement
• Introducing customers to current campaigns and promotions
• Creating positive and memorable brand experiences
• Learning how different approaches influence customer engagement
• Supporting customer acquisition and campaign goals
• Working alongside the team to improve daily results
• Taking part in ongoing training and development
