Job summary

Old Navy in Bastrop, Texas is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the Old Navy experience to life for customers. You will educate and inspire shoppers, drive loyalty through our programs, and deliver a best-in-class experience using welcoming, knowledgeable service.

You will collaborate with leadership and teams to support sales floor operations, fitting rooms, and checkout, while maintaining a neat store and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Passionate about retail and maintaining a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the store.
• Knowledge of loyalty programs and omni-channel selling.
