Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in creative administration, marketing production, project coordination, digital asset management, or a related field.
• Exceptional organization, accuracy, follow-through, pace, and comfort with detailed recurring work.
• Strong visual literacy and the ability to recognize whether execution matches an approved reference without substituting personal preference.
• Adept at using Adobe Creative Cloud programs, specifically InDesign; experience with Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere is also required.
• Working proficiency in Google Workspace, project-management tools, and digital asset management systems; Air experience is a plus.
• Ability to make clean production edits without redesigning approved work and to learn website, social, email, listing, and review platforms.
• Strong written communication, proofreading, documentation, and status-reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Asset Management & Production: Manage galleries, permissions, vendor credits, and archive assets using standards.
• Present complete galleries to Content Marketing Manager and implement approved files and covers.
• Prepare, resize, format, upload, schedule, and verify copy, images, galleries, and digital updates.
• Maintain rights, credits, file, platform, and completion records; flag inconsistencies.
• Collateral and Branded Materials: Update collateral templates and coordinate printing and delivery.
• Sourcing, Purchasing and Project Administration: Research vendors, obtain quotes, place orders, and track records.
• Quality Assurance and Communication: Use checklists and verify accuracy; flag non-compliant work.
• Department Support: Maintain organizational systems; support the team and company as needed.
