Iru, an AI-powered security and IT platform, seeks a Head of Brand to make the company the most memorable brand in cybersecurity. You will own brand strategy, voice, messaging, and expression across campaigns, web, events, social, sales moments, and executive storytelling.

You'll partner with marketing, design, product, sales, and leadership to turn a deeply technical, multi-product platform into a clear, distinctive brand that resonates with IT and security leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading brand, creative, or brand marketing for a high-growth B2B technology company.
• Track record guiding a brand through major inflection points such as rebrand or category expansion.
• Strong strategic writing and messaging instincts; turn ambiguity into clear narratives.
• Comfort marketing to technical or expert audiences (IT, security, developers).
• Ability to partner with designers and cross-functional teams; influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Own brand strategy, voice, messaging, and creative direction across campaigns, web, events, social, and sales materials.
• Define the next chapter after Kandji-to-Iru transition with a clear strategic narrative.
• Collaborate with Head of Brand Design to align messaging and visual systems.
• Plan and execute bold brand campaigns each quarter grounded in product value.
• Work with events, demand gen, communications, and growth teams to ensure consistent brand across the customer journey.
• Manage agencies, contractors, and internal creative partners; build scalable processes.
