Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers, informing merchandisers on stocking needs, and maintaining visual standards.
• Manage complex customer service situations for VIP clientele and ensure retention.
• Remain up-to-date on product assortment to act as brand ambassador.
• Actively listen and follow management instructions as defined.
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties.
• Comply with company rules and code of conduct.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
• Ensure shift punctuality and communicate obstacles to the manager.
• Serve as brand ambassador in local and broader communities.
