Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador in the United States to lead the sales floor, embody Coach values, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that strengthens brand awareness.

You will support store operations, monitor sales data, and drive team development while contributing to recruiting and mentoring efforts. The role requires physical readiness to lift up to 50 lbs and a commitment to an inclusive, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to move stock and fixtures as required

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
• Supports the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, high-level training as needed
• Provides feedback to improve individual and team performance while ensuring policy compliance
