Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver personalized customer service and an inspiring shopping experience at our Barstow store. You will support sales goals, uphold store standards, and contribute to an inclusive team environment.

In this role you will help customers with styling, product knowledge, and program enrollment while maintaining visual standards and assisting with opening/closing tasks. Flexible day/evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service and meet or exceed individual sales objectives and performance indicators.
• Assist customers with styling, product knowledge, fitting room needs, and available customer programs.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, support replenishment and floor sets, and complete opening and closing tasks.
• Uphold visual standards, participate in training, and share product feedback and opportunities with management.
