Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to deliver a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and support sales goals in our retail store. You will connect with customers, represent the brand's values, and help maintain store standards.

You will build clientele, support company initiatives and team training, and use digital and alternative shopping tools. Flexibility is required for day, evening, weekend, and possibly overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, maneuver throughout the store, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals by keeping customers at the center of decisions and providing an engaging store experience.
• Build clientele, support company initiatives and team training, and use digital and alternative shopping tools.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, and provide management with feedback on customer, category, and business opportunities.
