Job summary

Gap is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life in our stores. You will help customers create on-trend looks that reflect Gap’s distinctive style and make each visit memorable by delivering a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience.

You will play a key role in driving exceptional customer service, promoting loyalty programs, and supporting multiple store areas while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers, showing genuine interest in understanding and addressing their needs.
• Storyteller who uses knowledge to make product suggestions meaningful.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Support multiple areas of the store including sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment.
