Tanger Inc. is seeking a Charleston-based Tanger Ambassador to engage guests, share the Tanger experience, and uphold our brand voice across the center. This role supports events, promotions, and daily guest engagement, both on-site and at community activities.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of customer service experience, a High School Diploma, and bilingual Spanish is a plus. Flexible scheduling, a team-focused environment, and opportunities to grow are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or work-related experience.
• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Bilingual: Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage and proactively assist all guests across the center, driving a consistent Tanger voice and welcoming atmosphere.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of center locations, programs, promotions, and events to answer questions and provide superior service.
• Promote TangerClub benefits and help shoppers sign up via the Tanger Mobile App.
