Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Bilingual: Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a polished and professional appearance aligned with the brand.
• Attend virtual or in-person sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Engage with guests across the center to drive brand awareness and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Develop knowledge of center locations, amenities, programs, offers, and events to provide superior customer service.
