Job summary

Tanger Columbus seeks a part-time Tanger Ambassador to welcome shoppers, promote TangerBrand benefits, and drive center events. This role involves assisting shoppers, distributing promotional materials, and supporting teams with marketing initiatives.

A strong customer-service background and flexible schedule including weekends are preferred. Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma and 1–2 years in customer service, with bilingual Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or related work experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Bilingual: read, write and speak Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist shoppers, promoting Tanger benefits and events.
• Distribute samples and promotional materials and collect feedback.
• Support center marketing and operational initiatives and event setup/breakdown.
