Job summary

Tanger is seeking a friendly and energetic Tanger Ambassador to join our Kansas City center. You will engage guests, share information about promotions, and represent the Tanger brand with a consistent and welcoming voice.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service, a High School Diploma, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; competitive salary, 401(k) match, voluntary benefits, and team member discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (flexible schedule)

Responsibilities

• Attend sessions, webinars, or meetings to enhance knowledge and skills as a brand ambassador.
• Engage and assist guests, drive consumer awareness, and provide a consistent brand voice.
• Distribute samples, coupons, and product information; hand out marketing materials.
• Educate shoppers on TangerClub benefits and Mobile App features.
• Represent Tanger at on-site and off-site events; assist with set-up, breakdown, and recap of events.
• Provide general administrative support; assist with shipments, mail, and center operations.
