About the Role

We are seeking a Tanger Ambassador in Columbus to represent the brand, support guest experience, and promote our products and loyalty programs. The position requires a blend of customer service, marketing support, and light administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a polished, professional appearance in line with the Tanger brand.
• Attend virtual or in‑person sessions, webinars, and meetings to enhance brand ambassador knowledge.
• Engage and assist guests across the center, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and consistent brand voice.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of center store locations, amenities, and promotional events.
• Prepare and distribute samples, coupons, and product information to shoppers.
• Collect and record customer feedback and information for internal use and client relations.
• Utilize mobile technology to educate shoppers on TangerClub benefits and facilitate sign‑ups.
• Represent Tanger at on‑site and off‑site marketing events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Assist with event setup, organization, breakdown, and capture of promotional media.
• Respond to retailer requests and support partnership initiatives.
• Assist center management team with reporting issues or concerns per policy.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including office upkeep, mail routing, and shipment handling.
• Maintain emergency notification systems, HVAC & roof logs, center collateral, signage, website, vendor check‑in, and social media channels.
• Assist in training new Brand Ambassadors as needed.
• Perform additional duties or participate in special projects as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or related work experience.
