Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Brand Ambassador for Coach to lead on the sales floor, embody Coach values, and drive brand awareness while delivering an exceptional customer experience in our Miami, FL location.

You will analyze sales data, support recruiting and training, and help achieve store goals and KPIs. The role requires 1+ years of retail leadership experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; base pay range is $16.00 to $24.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds) and to reach, bend, and climb as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business
• Maintain a growth mindset for business and personal development initiatives
• Monitors and analyzes sales data to identify trends and improve store performance
• Supports store with recruiting, interviewing, and training as needed
• Provides feedback to improve individual and team performance and ensures policy adherence
