Responsibilities

• Maintain a polished appearance aligned with the Tanger brand.
• Attend Tanger sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Engage and assist guests, driving awareness and a positive brand voice.
• Develop knowledge of center locations, programs, offers, and events to assist shoppers.
• Prepare and hand out samples, coupons, and product information to shoppers.
• Represent Tanger at on-site and off-site marketing events and assist with setup/breakdown.
