Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will educate guests about AE & Aerie, promote the loyalty program, and move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to meet guest needs.

You’ll bring energy, teamwork, and the brand passion, while handling multiple tasks and ensuring policy compliance in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

I love interacting with people and can engage guests with a friendly, helpful attitude.
Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays to meet store needs.
Passion for AE and Aerie products and sharing product knowledge with guests.
Experience in retail environments is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
Educate guests on product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to shoppers.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Resolve guest concerns while upholding company policy and standards.
Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations and guest experience.
Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
