Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and sharing your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on product details, introduce the loyalty program, and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while solving guest concerns with integrity.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You have prior retail experience or familiarity with store operations.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team in achieving goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
