Responsabilités

• Act as Brand Ambassador and reflect company culture.
• Provide exemplary client service in a friendly environment.
• Drive sales with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Utilize clienteling tools to inform customers of events and new arrivals.
• Support store manager with daily operations.
• Maintain knowledge of current merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Open and close procedures and assist with key holder duties.
