American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Grapevine, TX. You will bring our brand to life and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable shopping experience, embodying our values and real you at work.

As a brand ambassador, you will educate guests on AE and Aerie products, deliver friendly service with a 'friends first' mindset, and promote the loyalty program. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You’re energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
