Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and provide guests with an amazing shopping experience daily.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed. This role values energy, customer focus, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• You are at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and you do so with a "friends first" mindset.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie product! Guests come to you to educate them on product details and you are excited to make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• You share the brand love! You're eager to introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can hang! You can flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver! You resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
