You love AE and Aerie, engage customers with the AEO Selling Model, educate on product details, and confidently suggest items that fit each guest's needs. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, resolve issues, and help your team deliver great service.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred
• Must be at least 16 years old

Responsibilities

• Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support coworkers to get the job done.
