Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll provide an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while staying true to the brand values.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed, handling multiple tasks with energy and a guest-first mindset. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find what they want with a friends-first mindset.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie products! Educate guests on product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• You share the brand love! Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You can hang! Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver! Resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• You're a team player - #teamwork! Support your team to get the job done.
• You've got integrity! Adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
