Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while embodying our values and your authentic self.

You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, solving guest concerns with initiative and integrity. Prioritizing teamwork, you’ll help fellow associates and maintain great store energy.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest fittings.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
