Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our values. You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, explain the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while solving guest concerns.

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people.
• Flexible schedule, evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and guide them to items they love.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting options.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to shoppers.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to policy.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold AEO policies and procedures in all interactions.
