Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE experience to life in-store. You will engage with guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and help them find items that fit their needs.

You’ll promote the AE loyalty program and guide customers through brand channels with a friendly, energetic approach. You’ll flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom roles, solving guest issues and supporting the team while upholding company

Qualifications

• Interacting with guests and delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model and help them find products that fit their needs.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items accordingly.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.
• Adapt to different store zones (Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom) as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with team members to get the job done and support store operations.
