Job summary

Willie's Superbrew is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to lead experiential activations and tastings across a variety of venues. You will engage customers, educate them on our hard seltzers, and help build loyalty while supporting sales at events.

Responsibilities include coordinating transport and setup, capturing photos, and completing event recap scores. A valid driver's license and a car for local travel (up to ~60 minutes) are required, with a positive, team‑focused attitude throughout

Responsibilities

• Execute experiential brand activations and events (festivals, tastings, etc.)
• Perform 2–3 hour sampling events per week (Thu–Sun)
• Engage with consumers to educate about Willie's Superbrew and drive sales
• Transport product and marketing materials to/from off-site events and retailers
• Setup/breakdown and maintain materials (coolers, POS items)
• Capture event/store merchandising photos for recap
• Complete event recap scorecards with consumer feedback
• Engage staff and consumers on Willie's Superbrew story and benefits
• Merchandise product at retailers and grow brand within accounts
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must have a car for events up to 60 minutes away
• Additional duties as needed
• Exude positivity and represent the brand responsibly

Job Description

In this role, a Supercrew Brand Ambassador team member will:

Execute experiential brand activations and events including but not limited to: curated brand events, festivals, happy hours, and tastings at liquor stores, breweries and restaurants/bars

Perform 2 to 3-hour sampling events/ week (typically Thursdays-Sundays)

Engage with consumers to educate them about Willie's Superbrew, create customer loyalty and drive sales

Transport product and marketing materials to and from off-site events and retailers

Setup/breakdown, maintain, and clean materials including but not limited to coolers and point of sales items

Capture event and store merchandising photos

Complete event recap scorecard communicating consumer feedback and detailed information of event performance

Engage with staff and consumers on Willie's Superbrew story, flavor, and product benefits

Merchandise product at retailers and seek incremental opportunities to grow Willie's Superbrew brand within accounts

Valid driver's license required

Must have a car you can drive to events that may be up to 60 minutes away from where you live

Additional duties as needed
