American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador in Murfreesboro, TN. You will bring the brand to life daily, creating an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest.

You will flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, educating customers on AE & Aerie products while representing our company values and delivering great service.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You bring energy to a fast-paced environment.
• You can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• You are at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Move flexibly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while following company policy.
• Work as part of a team to get the job done.
