Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with clients and communities.
• Provide exemplary client service in a friendly retail environment.
• Drive sales by demonstrating product knowledge and suggesting options to customers.
• Utilize clienteling tools to inform customers of upcoming events and new arrivals.
• Support the store manager with daily tasks and areas of responsibility.
• Help create and maintain a culture of kindness that is client and team focused.
• Maintain knowledge on merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Use selling techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
• Understand sales plans and how they contribute to store success.
• Participate in store events and trunk shows to build local loyalty.
• Use the POS system to collect accurate information and provide great service.
• Plan and prioritize daily tasks with the customer as the top priority.
• Assist with merchandising and replenishment while maintaining visual standards.
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate with customers, supervisors, peers, and other store teams.
• Share best practices across markets to build productive relationships.
• Support execution of directions from Retail Operations and Corporate Office.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, stock room and common areas.
