Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Brand Ambassador to develop relationships with clients and communities.
• Provide exemplary client service to create a customer-centric, friendly retail environment.
• Drive sales by demonstrating product knowledge and suggesting options.
• Utilize clienteling tools to inform customers of events and new arrivals.
• Support the store manager with daily operations and merchandising.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Participate in store events and trunk shows to strengthen community ties.
