Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide every guest with an exceptional shopping experience. You are the face of the brand, passionate about the products, and dedicated to building brand loyalty with every guest.

You will engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while moving between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person and engage with guests to help them find exactly what they're looking for using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Share the brand love and introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist your team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
