American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Mobile, AL to bring our brand to life in-store and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You will use the AEO Selling Model to engage customers, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. Flexibility to work across zones and a team‑oriented attitude are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You are full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have previous retail experience.
• Minimum age of 16 years.

Responsibilities

• You are a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details while making exciting suggestions.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You can adapt and work in any zone—Sales Floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom—as needed.
• You are an innovative problem solver who proactively resolves guest concerns while staying within company policy.
• You are a team player who is always willing to help the team get the job done.
• You act with integrity, doing the right thing and following AEO policies and procedures.
