Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE/ Aerie experience to guests in-store. You will greet customers, learn the selling model, and help shoppers find items that fit their needs while sharing brand loyalty experiences.

You’ll educate guests on product details, promote the loyalty program, and collaborate with teammates across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. Join a brand-driven team committed to service and integrity.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can build rapport quickly.
• You work well in fast-paced retail environments.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You are passionate about AE and Aerie products to recommend with confidence.
• You have prior retail experience or are eager to learn the ropes.
• You meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor with product questions and recommendations.
• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to find the right items.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie product features and fit.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following store policies.
• Represent the brand with integrity and teamwork.
