American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Birch Run, MI is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life daily. You will engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while moving across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with high energy, strong people skills, and a passion for the AE brand. Weekend and evening availability is expected to meet guest shopping needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills to engage with every guest.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items meeting their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
