Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Osage Beach, MO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You will be the face of our brand and proudly represent our values with your REAL self.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, using the AEO Selling Model to help guests find exactly what they’re looking for while educating them on AE and Aerie products and loyalty options.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and energy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model and a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
