Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a Brand Ambassador to lead on the sales floor, embody Coach values, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will help implement company initiatives, support store operations, and assist with recruiting and training to develop the team and drive sales.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in a competitive retail environment, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrate courage, creativity, customer focus, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Can bend, reach, stretch and lift at least 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds in stockroom and floor areas

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to hit sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full store operations
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation and training as needed
• Provide feedback to improve individual and team performance and enforce company policies
