Brobston Group is looking for a customer-focused Retail Associate in Myrtle Beach to deliver personalized service and assist customers with styling while upholding brand standards. You will help with product knowledge and navigate fitting room needs, ensuring a superior shopping experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining the sales floor, supporting replenishment and visual presentation, and completing opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve individual sales and performance objectives.
• Help customers with styling, product knowledge, fitting room needs, and available programs.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, support replenishment and visual presentations, and complete opening and closing tasks.
• Collaborate with the team and provide feedback to management on products and customer needs.
