Job summary

Brobston Group in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver personalized customer service, assist shoppers with product selection, styling, sizing, and fitting-room needs while upholding store standards.

You will support sales goals, participate in training, and share product feedback with management to help capitalize on category opportunities in a fast-paced retail setting, while maintaining visual standards, assisting with opening/closing tasks, and fostering a welcoming team

Qualifications

Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend schedules, with possible overnight shifts or travel.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and help customers with product selection, styling, sizing, and fitting-room needs.
Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans by using available tools and resources.
Maintain sales-floor, fitting-room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks.
Participate in training and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.
