Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide an amazing shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, promoting AE/Aerie products, loyalty programs, and a positive guest experience.

The role requires energy, strong customer service, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, solving guest questions while upholding store policies

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to engage guests and explain AE/Aerie products.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a collaborative team player and support teammates.
