Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience and be the face of our brand, proudly representing AE and Aerie.

You’ll educate guests on products, share loyalty program details, and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom. We value energy, a people-person attitude, and integrity—plus the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing retail experience helpful
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Passion for AE & Aerie products

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, go-to-help attitude.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative, #teamwork culture.
