Responsibilities

• Act alongside management as the face of Rusty Taco in the community
• Promote and represent the brand at local events and festivals
• Train and work in a position as front‑of‑house leadership
• Lead team members in hospitality with genuine excitement for connecting with guests
• Embody and exude our company culture of joy, servantship, and purposeful action.
• Oversee the training and development of new and existing employees to cultivate confident and guest‑experience‑focused team members
• Demonstrate strong work ethic through reliability, responsibility, and productivity

Requirements

• Must have a passion for developing others with a genuine desire to serve both guests and team members
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — English is a required language, bilingual is preferred
• Upbeat & self‑driven personality
• Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and guest services
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Passion for food, particularly Mexican cuisine and street‑style tacos
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to help others
• Minimum of 30 hours per week
