Job summary

Urban Outfitters Little Rock is seeking Brand Ambassadors to welcome customers and bring the UO experience to life through personal style and genuine conversation. You’ll help shoppers connect with products, stay on-brand, and keep the store feeling inviting.

Role focuses on engaging customers, restocking, styling displays, and using in-store tech to support shopping preferences. Flexibility and teamwork are essential, with prior retail or customer service experience considered a plus.
