Job summary

Aerie, powered by AEO, is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Hurst, TX to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and drive loyalty sign-ups while maintaining the energy of a fast-paced retail floor.

This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and flexibility across salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom, with the brand’s values guiding everyday interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age of 16 years.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model and help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and provide recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done with integrity.
