2020 Companies is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors for full-time roles in Minneapolis and surrounding retail locations. You will engage adult consumers, share product information, verify age, and distribute promotions while traveling within the territory to various stores and events.

The position emphasizes outstanding communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing preferred.
• Must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and offers, including coupons.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative engagement.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel and management.
• Document activity results and survey completion accurately.
• Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled visits and events.
