The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is seeking a Customer Service & Brand Ambassador to join our team in a hybrid/remote role. The position blends remote administrative work with local marketing and events, offering $23–$27 per hour plus performance bonuses.

You’ll handle calls, schedule estimates, manage records, and coordinate community events while representing the brand at town fairs and home shows. Social posts and customer follow-ups are part of the role, with occasional evenings or weekends

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or hospitality background is helpful.
• Experience with social media and basic content creation is a plus.
• Comfortable using scheduling systems and email.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and schedule estimates/appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide admin support to sales/management.
• Coordinate local marketing activities and events with the sales team.
• Create engaging local social content and respond to basic inquiries.
• Represent the company at community events and help generate leads.
