Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Lake Jackson, TX is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in store. You will greet guests, share product details, and create a memorable shopping experience.

You love AE and Aerie, are energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, staying friendly and true to our policies.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work when guests shop (even evenings, weekends and holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Make product suggestions to fit guest needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Assist across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support coworkers.
