Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Bluffton, SC to bring our brand to life in-store.

You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, help guests find the right products, and represent our values with your real self. You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, promote the loyalty program, and build brand loyalty every day.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Energetic, people-focused and able to multi-task in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Provide proactive guest service while adhering to company policies.
• Be a team player and assist your colleagues to get the job done.
• Demonstrate integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
